Paperback. Purple textured leather cover with red leather spine. Printed specifically for use as the Government Art School's admissions and fees register. Printed label on the front reads: "[handwritten] School of Art. [printed] School. / [handwritten] 1923 - 24. [printed] [struck-through] Department. / Admission and Fees Register. / THOMAS WYATT, 279, Deansgate, Manchester.". Inside cover has a continued list handwritten in graphite of enrolled students.
Title page reads: "ADMISSION AND FEES REGISTER / FOR / Technical Schools, Schools of Art / and Evening Schools. / No.3. / FOUR SHILLINGS Net. / THOMAS WYATT, 279, DEANSGATE, MANCHESTER.". Printed note that obscures some of this page reads: "Notice. / Owing to the continued advancing prices / of material and labour it is now necessary / to further increase the price of this publi- / cation. This advance will now be 100% / over the published price. The books will / all be printed with the original price, as it / is intended that this surcharge will e / reduced when times become normal. / THOMAS WYATT, 279, Deansgate, Manchester.".
